Describe the issue
On the beta site, there seems to be unbalanced focus on business, which leaves nonprofit, academic, and government members out.
The section of the home page about stakeholders of the web seems a good idea, but as it appears now, it is focused on business to the exclusion of nonprofit, academic, and government members. "We work in a range of business ecosystems including E-commerce, Media & Entertainment, Publishing and several other areas that the Web is transforming." This wholly centers business as the stakeholder community of interest. The images of business logos reinforce this. Business stakeholders are important to W3C, but this strong a diminishment of other stakeholders is worrisome to me.
Similarly, there is an item under "Get Involved" called "Business Ecosystems", and there is no equivalent section for nonprofit, government or academic ecosystems.
