Preview in mail notification for comment to moderate

Describe the issue I find the content of the email notification that a comment requires moderation to be of very little value, as it is today:

Subject line: A new comment requires moderation on $site-language

Hi $user,

A new comment on the post "$post-title" has been made and requires moderation.

https://cms.w3.org/admin/comments/$id.

Expected behavior I found it useful that similar WordPress emails contained information from the subject line to the body and I wonder if we could get the email notifications sent from Craft CMS to mimic as much as possible of that (pasted are the lines I found the most helpful):

Subject line: Please moderate: "$post-title" A new comment on the post "$post-title" is waiting for your approval

Author: $name Email: $email-address URL: $URL Comment: $comment-content

Approve it: $URL

FYI: I've asked @jean-gui to disable all comments for now.

This is due to:

• the apparent lack of anti-spam (the influx of spam comments was significant),
• and the bad UX in how comments are laid out in the back end (mainly due to the extremely tall lines because the entire content of the comments determine the height of the lines).
