The current "Filter by tags" search feature is one way to aggregate results by tag. However, more than a refined search is needed for browsing or discoverability for new users.
Recommended solution
Technology areas (e.g., XML, web display, Data) analogous to those represented by the current set of tags should be exposed on the home page as a primary way of organizing the content.

Previously, a "Linked Data" page provided an overview of the technology area. It then listed links to relevant standards and primer documents. This should be brought back.
