"accessibility needs" -> "disabilities" #464

Describe the issue In

strive for diversity and inclusion of participants from different geographical locations, cultures, languages, accessibility needs, gender identities, and more.

"accessibility needs" -> "disabilities"

Many people with disabilities prefer this language.

Fixed.

Doing a google search for "accessibility needs" mostly links pages under /WAI/ and no pages from the new site that I could identify.

For the record and to inform future usage, note the different use of "accessibility needs" on /WAI/ pages — it is along with "people with disabilities", e.g.:

Whereas in above, "accessibility needs" was used as a replacement for "disabilities".
