Describe the issue
The module at the bottom of Blog posts to invite comments should include guidance. There isn't any today beyond requiring a name.
@jean-gui tells me that this would require a modification of the code itself.
Based on text we used to have when our Blog was on WordPress, this is the commenting guidance I think we need:
"Comments are moderated. In the spirit of openness, please try to be as open as possible in your comments. We reject comments that are aggressive, insulting, or off-topic."
Additional context
Apparently there is no anti-spam available for our comments plug-in.
As an interim measure, we have disabled comments due to a surge of spam comments.
