Would like an easier way to search archives (of events, press releases, etc.) #488

Describe the issue There is a pattern on the new site where "all the old things" are grouped by years, and to find a specific thing among all the old things, one must use a drop-down list and choose individual years. This is challenging when you don't know the year of a press release, or a workshop, etc.

To reproduce

Example pages with this kind of "Browse Archives" dropdown: https://www.w3.org/press-releases/ https://www.w3.org/events/workshops/

Expected behavior

Please include an "All" option in each dropdown list, and ideally the resulting page would be complete so that it's possible to do a text search in one page.
