[low priority] Sponsoring page - structure and relationships not clear #491

Describe the issue For WAI & I18N at least, it's not clear what are headings, and which dollar amount goes with which level.

+1 to use <h5> for "i18n Platinum Sponsor", "WAI Gold Sponsor" and similar lines.

@lcarcone could you take care of that?

Done. I also transformed the paragraph specifying the amount into a list item. Maybe we could remove a level for '6.2. Internationalizing the Web' as there is a section 6.2.1 without section 6.2.2 and for '6.4. Web Accessibility' as there is a section '6.4.1' and no section '6.4.2'
