Describe the issue
This is an Improvement request: When a time zone is selected for the "start time", please consider auto-selecting the same timezone in the picker for the "end time" as well.
The list is very long and there are several entries for the same time zone; that would save some time and possibly avoid picking the wrong time zone.
Aside: the labels are longer than the viewport of the drop down, resulting in the drop down menu hiding some of the content of the entries.
Expected behavior
I expect that the time zone is going to be the same for a given event, so it would be grand if the drop-down for the "end time" were automatically pre-positioned on the entry selected for the "start time".
