AC Rep Directory member card link #535

Each AC member card links to the member homepage. The problem is that the whole panel is an active link. This is great for large target but if the user activates the email link for the AC rep then the main card link is also activated.

Recommended solution

Remove the activation of the link when anywhere in the card is clicked on.
