Describe the issue When loading certain pages, I am prompted to authenticate twice, once as an HTTP basic auth and then again at https://auth.w3.org/login
To reproduce For example: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/33280/PAT-WG-Charter/
Expected behavior I should only get redirected to auth.w3.org without first being prompted for HTTP basic auth.
