Looking at the top-level navigation, I have a few comments:
I think the TAG link under /Groups is not very helpful; instead the TAG should be incorporated more effectively under About > Leadership (see https://github.com/w3c/w3c-website/issues/624)
Invited Experts link under /Groups should move to Get Involved.
Aside: once we have better documentation for it, we might consider some kind of Chartering topic under /Groups
the Process should be linked from somewhere. Maybe a new section under Web Standards > About; but also probably also from About > Policies and legal information
Code of Conduct doesn't really belong under News and Events (although it probably should be linked from the top of News and Events > Events). Also doesn't seem to fit well with the rest of the topics under Resources.
About > Help seems more like an FAQ than a way of getting help, so maybe it should be titled "FAQ" or "Q&A". "Help" to me would be things like, how do I contact someone if I'm having trouble with X (logging in, joining W3C, code of conduct violations, etc.)
I'm having trouble differentiating between the purpose of "Explore web standards" and "About W3C web standards". Maybe they should be combined? I also would expect a title like "About W3C web standards" to include the information published in "Types of documents W3C publishes" as well as a brief explanation and link to the Process. Maybe these three pages need some refactoring.
