Broken links in right navigation box when starting a new entry #176

When I first start and don't have a completed report, if I use any of the links A.1 through B.4 in the right box, they all result in an Error 404. Shouldn't the links to the various sections be going to an editing view where you can fill in the answers? If not, they should be disabled until they work.

Many thanks for reporting, @maryjom. I have just fixed this in production.
