"loading"icons #12

rotating icons to communicate that data is loading need to stop rotating (movement) after 3 seconds or else they technically fail WCAG 2.0

AFAIK loading spinners are exempt of the 5 second rule as stopping them would convey that loading has finished or failed. (Can’t dig up the relevant technique right now, sorry.)
