“Save Test and Load Next” button works if there is no result set #66

Steps to reproduce:

Select Environment
Select Test
On the carry out test page, click the button “Save Test and Load Next” without entering data into the field.

Result:

The screen advances to the next item (or the finish screen).

Expected result:

An error message or a disabled button, so skipping should be explicitly through the “Skip Test and Load Next“ button.
