Collapse buttons don’t show #7

On dev, if you

go to browse test results
click an expand button
the test cases appear but the button is not transformed to a collapse button.

Fixed. Also added some caching when expanded for second time. Also added aria busy https://github.com/w3c/wai-axsdb-web/commit/2b0fff1c7cacbb6e2d3d8d71a37508f46805888f
