[French] Review and contribution #42

@shawna-slh Can you please merge it with PR #33 ? It's my contribution. I added the 2 available french subtitles to the code : Resources Overview and Easy Checks.

@FloraLinoraTech I added your name to the contributors : can you please check if I've done it accurately ?

Thanks, Rémi. I added the other transcripts to the repo. Hopefully you get these in time to use them for the translations on the sub-pages!

Thank you, my name has been correctly inserted. I would like to take the chance and say thank you for this fantastic team and opportunity.

Rémi and Shawn you guys are rocking!! My commitments to many things certainly made me crash, but I have learned a valuable lesson: I need to be selective in my commitments and understand that I can't do it all at once. Prioritizing and scheduling are keys. Again, I would like to apologize to the amazing team.

I have a strong passion in Accessibility and know that we will get the opportunity to work again in the future. This time around I will bring my A game as I told Shawn :)
