situations which benefit all users
humm, I wouldn't say that the "situations benefit users". Accessibility benefits users who are in those situations.
Especially because it's an in-page link, I'm thinking more context within the link itself is not as important.
We're wanting to keep the language simple. I think this change helps address your point with simpler language:

- Increased traffic and website use by people with and without disabilities, for example, in the situations described below.
