[Bug] planning page: "next" link is circular #19

The "next" link at the bottom of the planning page refers back to the same planning page.

The link searches for the page with the reference /design-develop/media/media-content/. That page does not exist. It looks like the page has been renamed to /design-develop/media/av-content/. which needs to be reflected on the planning page.
