Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the input as a pull request!

I've gone back and forth on this.

In most cases, we would definitely want a sentence such as this in a bullet list.

However, this is in a summary at the very top of the page -- even before the "Page Contents"/TOC. We do not want it to take up much space. A list would push the main content lower quite a bit. I hope and imagine most readers will only skim that summary, and then focus on the rest of the page. All of the points in the summary are covered more clearly in the page below -- in a real list.

I thought about putting it in a list structurally, and using CSS to make it inline. However, I'm not too keen on that idea, either -- because this list is incomplete (with "or other accessibility functionality/features" to cover the other things) -- where as the information later in the page is complete.

Given all that, are you OK leaving this as a plain sentence and not a list?
