Repeated explanation of open/closed caption/audio description #17

We have the explanation of open/closed caption/audio description on different pages which feels repetitive. We should have the explanation on the concepts page and link back.

i think these definitions originally were provided on the concepts page, but the page was getting cluttered so i moved them to the individual production pages for captions/descriptions.
