[ED][Media - Transcripts] "For maximum accessibility"? #75

"For maximum accessibility" seems beyond what is typically expected, whereas both captions and transcripts are required at the same level by WCAG 2.0 (Level A). Maybe "To ensure accessibility" instead?

I was thinking the same thing when I read this. "maximum accessibility" doesn't seem like a good phrase to use.
