[!!][Media - Audio Description] remove unnecessary links or improve target description

This page has several inline links with unclear destinations:

• "extended audio descriptions" sends the reader further down in the page, which seems unnecessary given the page contents list.
• "description decision tree" sends the reader to a later page in the tutorial, which seems unnecessary given the tutorial contents list.
• "Read more about text-to-speech descriptions" does not seem to do anything.

If these links are critical than at least edit the link text to describe the link target. For example, "Refer to the earlier section on text-to-speech descriptions" or such, so that readers can better decide whether they want/need to follow the link or not.
