[ED][Media - Audio Description] statements about external resources #79

The statement "An excellent place to learn the basics about audio descriptions is The Description Key" seems to specifically recommend a particular resource. We typically avoid such value statements unless they are critical, in which case we should probably say why this particular resource is "excellent" in contrast to others. For example, it is extensive, current, or other objective criteria for determining excellence.

The Description Key is also not accessible, their navigation has unlabelled buttons.
