[Tips and Techniques] General Menu Names #13

I can't put my finger on why but the repetitive nature of "Related Tips and Techniques" on the menu is not sitting well with me. Can we make the Tips and Techniques the heading and have Mobile Form Layout, Mobile Menu, Responsive Images and Responsive Data Tables as sub-menu items? To set that apart from the Overview and Guidance Sections? It's so wordy in the menu, I am losing what the actual topic of the page is.

I like this suggestion. This is related to #23 where the suggestion to remove the word "Related" was given. Consolidating the naming of these using either approach would be better than keeping the current form.

Note that I did not get short handles for the navigation, so the full title is used. I expect them to change.
