A primary focus of EOWG revisions right now is to make resources succinct, focused, and as short as feasible -- while including essential and useful information.
I just skimmed through https://w3c.github.io/wai-mobile-intro/mobile/ and found that much of it seems unnecessary. Most people reading this will want succinct, directly-relevant info. I don't think they will want such background on desktop to mobile, for example.
Maybe all this first pages needs is the list after "Key aspects of mobile devices that affect accessibility:..." fleshed out just a tad?!
