Mini-Personas #4

Question is: How to approach these? link to a section within How PWD use web? As now, a list in Why This is Important? Other?

I think it's always better to have specific content in one place and not multiple locations. I vote for linking to personas in How PWD use the web. If new personas need to be created or modified we should update the personas in How PWD use the web.
