Awkward ungrammatical sentences:

  1. This is particularly bad for presentations as they are often filed [typo] with images that colleagues don’t include alternative text for.
  2. She has also found online communities that she can find out new ideas from. Suggested:
  3. Presentation authors, for example, often neglect to include alternative text descriptions of the images in their slides.
  4. She has also gotten new ideas from online communities she has found.

(very mild) suggestion to avoid repetition of "diverse staff with diverse abilities" with a change to "diverse staff with a range of abilities."

  2. "She has found that online communities help her generate ideas that support all of her hobbies. "

I made several other minor changes to this persona. Kevin and Mark, you might want to read it over.
