[MED] Neurological, multiple sclerosis examples #243

On the cognitive page, tweak the bullet on "Multiple sclerosis" to say more about cognitive.

Consider adding multiple sclerosis specifically or neurological conditions more generally to Physical section/page.

@iadawn I can help with this. Would like a quick check-in with you first. Maybe we can do that at the end of the EOWG telecon?

It looks like "neurological" has been removed.

Paragraph about multiple sclerosis says:

Do we want to add neurological conditions to Physical? If so, how?
