In the introductory 'More about tools and preferences / Adaptive Strategies' as state: "Adaptive strategies include techniques with standard software, with mainstream web browsers, and with assistive technologies."

in addition to 'standard software' as a non-web technology I'd suggest we add 'mobile apps' for more completeness of applicability.
