Look to see how extensive this needs to be; consider changing just in intro paragraphs.

Change as appropriate, esp intros; title of resource is how pwd use the web; revisit that later. Change where easy. Create issue for later about the title.

In as many places as I thought warranted, I changed "web" to "digital technology," as in:

"Highlights accessibility barriers that people may experience because of inaccessible digital technology."

I did not change it in examples, but we might want to add examples that deal with other technologies, such as mobile.

Closing. We will have a full EOWG review and if anyone catches an instance where the wording can be changed, they can open a new issue.
