"Note" in user stories. #302

In keeping with the re-wording to remove the "note" on the abilities-barriers and tools-techniques pages, should we do the same on each of the user story pages?

Make more succinct, e.g., drop first sentence ... or?

@brianelton @kakinney @shawna-slh @iadawn I'm still pondering what to do about the "Note" in the user stories. Currently it appears beneath the list of page content links. At a minimum, I think it needs to go above. But I'm also wondering if we need the note at all. They are called user "stories" and I'm thinking readers won't generalize to all people with this disability. Your thoughts?

Unfortunately I've seen it happen a few times (including by usability people! :(

Currently it appears beneath the list of page content links.

I actually like it there. I don't think it should have the visibility of higher in the page. And it doesn't fit in the main text. I think it's a nice side-note location.
