(User Stories) Update Barrier Examples to change "Problem" to "Barrier" #332

Location: Barrier Examples on each User Story page

Current wording: "Problem:"

Suggested revision: "Barrier:"

Rationale: Stating the barrier as a problem puts the onus on the user as the problem and not the barrier itself.

"Problem" has been changed to "Barrier" in all user stories. @iadawn Do you agree with this?

@JayneSchurick to remove "barrier" from the sub-headings of the Barrier Examples.
