[med] change name Ilya #336

I suggest that we change Ilya to a name not as strongly associated with multiple countries currently at war.

@JayneSchurick will look for a generated image to use and will change the name to one that suits the image.

I've looked at a lot of AI generated images and they all look so fake. Can we sub a picture of a woman of color? There are lots of stock photos we can buy or maybe we can ask someone we know.

I reached out to someone to ask for help with a person for pictures, but have gotten no response.
