[High] Updates to Ilya's page #339

Some updates need to be done to Ilya's page prior to a new video being created:

@frankie-wolf I emailed you the photos for the two pages for Ilya. The headshot and the working at their desk still. Hopefully they will work for our needs, if you don't get the email, please let me know.

@kakinney I was able to fairly closely match the style of the head shots but not the other individual page thumbnails due to the original photos being in portrait. Let me know if we need to figure out something else for the placeholder on the individual's landing page. Sivapriya-thumbnail Sivapriya2-thumbnail

@frankie-wolf can you try the other headshot for the thumbnail. I feel like it matches better to the other ones (less of a professional headshot style)

Thanks @frankie-wolf - do you have the image with a file name [redacted]riya_3.jpg from Kris Anne's email? I think that one would be the best option for the thumbnail image. [redacted]riya_1.jpg (the last one you used in the landscape image) is too much of a business/professional shot IMO.

I have updated the thumbnail image on the user stories page and changed Ilya to Lakshmi throughout. @shawna-slh I am not convinced that we should add a still image to Lakshmi's user story page. What we have looks way too faked and I think it would look worse to have an image than not have anything at all. (not the fault of the model or @frankie-wolf - it's tough to recreate a still from a video that doesn't exist.)

Maybe better not to have anything there since having a still shot breaks the pattern of having a video in that place.
