I think this is a good idea. Then also any related instructions would be associated with the licensing.
Side note: I actually don't mind all pages to be CC licensed.

Decision during EOWG meeting on 31 March 2017: @slhenry will explore CC licensing on this and possibly other pages of the resource.
Checking with Judy, W3C Communications Team, WAI Team, EOWG list: 31 March e-mail
W3C software and document license permits derivatives too.
I am 100% in favor of using the most liberal CC license available, much like we do on the Perspectives videos (CC-BY-SA 4.0). This is great information that will help people spread accessibility knowledge if we share it as openly as possible (with attribution, of course).
The W3C Software and Document License seems to allow a lot, however I think CC licenses are easier recognized, especially outside the W3C circle. If we want to use the license, let’s think a bit about messaging.
In the page footer, something like: “You can use, modify, and distribute this page free of charge with proper attribution according to the [W3C Software and Documents license].”
Maybe we could put up a simple document that has presents the information in a similar way to the Creative Commons license pages: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
Integrate attribution into our share links? (Copy link, Copy HTML link with attribution?, Copy Markdown link with attribution?)
Probably a question for @wseltzer: Is the W3C S&D License compatible to any CC, MIT, or GPL licenses? (I assume yes, but want to be sure…) I think one thing that we need to make clear is that developers and teachers can use the resources we produce freely and without the risk of running into incompatibilities with other licenses.
Simplest thing is to use the CC license as we have in other resources, e.g., https://www.w3.org/WAI/perspectives/#footer
Added CC license as suggested.
For the business case where we encourage people to use the information and customize it, we use Creative Commons license (footer).
Previous version of this resource included:
Probably we should use CC license for the Stories page? Probably not for the others.
