In the end of March and early April, I reached out to, and connected with a few COGA team members on the topic of reviewing a section of the "How People with Disabilities Use the Web" resource. Specifically to look over the Cognitive, learning, and neurological section of the Diversity of Web Users page.

Feedback was provided to me by two members of COGA on 13 April and 17 April
Forwarded feedback and summary of recommendation from COGA directly to the EO planning team.
These COGA members requested that the resource be published as is for the time being.
COGA would like to schedule time after WCAG 2.1 Success Criteria work to conduct a more thorough review of this section of the resource to provide more meaningful and succinct feedback.
For tracking and ease of finding COGA feedback and recommendations, forwarded original summary email (bullet 2) to EO Editors List on 26 June 2017.

I will continue to follow up with the COGA members to determine the most optimal time frame for these future improvements to the resource.

Feedback was received from COGA regarding the 2021 Revision. The resource will be subject to subsequent reviews before publication and we will welcome further feedback.
