delete incorrect, unclear sentence #354

Here it is in context.

That sentence is just in example text. It is confusing either way, and not necessary.

I propose that this is a minor edit that falls under EOWG's Process for Minor Changes and if Shadi, Sharron, Brent agree, we make the change.
