I updated Korean translation in changelog ! Check it please and tell me if there's I missed :)

Thank you! Two things:

  1. put today's date here:

    last_updated: 2019-06-20 # Put the date of this translation YYYY-MM-DD (with month in the middle)

  2. after "WCAG 2.1 표준" add:

    , [[What’s New in WCAG 2.1]](/standards-guidelines/wcag/new-in-21/)

(I will edit the changelog to make that more clear! :-)
