Add Alt decision tree Translation Notes (footer) #156

Tutorials resources use a specific metafooter.

Some terms used in the footer are not translatable in the page frontmatter, and need translation in translations.yml file in wai-website-data repo.

To do:

  1. Add Translation Notes in wai-tutorials repo
  2. Add comment in frontmatter that points to ReadMe file.
