Issues with Able Player 4.5 when audiodescription is enabled

Able Player has been updated to Able Player 4.5 https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-theme/pull/66 in late November 2023.

Differences with the former behaviour have been identified when audiodescription is enabled (example in https://www.w3.org/WAI/perspective-videos/keyboard/fr):

• The player pauses when audio description starts;
• The description text is read aloud;
• The description text is not displayed.

This affects Perspective Videos pages.
