[Korean] Essential Components of Web Accessibility #201

I would like to update the Korean translation of the following resource:

This document has already been translated, but there are some spelling issues, so I would like to update it.

I have read the information on Translating WAI Documents at https://www.w3.org/WAI/about/translating/

I will wait for confirmation that the resource is ready for translation.

You can either submit a PR limited to spelling issues, or wait for this change and update the resource overall.
