« Wearables » (such as smart watches) is tricky to translate in French.
Here are some suggestions :
In France, we recently chose "objet personnel connecté" (source).
In Canada, it seems to be « ordinateur prêt-à-porter" (source). To be honest, this one is obscure to me and @alex-akel from Canada says he’s never heard it.
@alex-akel also suggests « appareils portables » ou « appareils portatifs ».
