Thanks for this new translation intent @heybran!
I have just sent you an email to see if you would be interested in updating other resources first. If you want to proceed with this translation, that is fine too.
Let me know what your prefer.
Hi @remibetin,
The reason that I chose to translate the user stories is that I found out that a lot of developers here in China do not care about accessibility. One reason that I believe is that they didn't encounter people with difficulties accessing the web, and, translating the user stories will bring awareness to these developers if that they will have an opportunity to see the translated content.
To answer your question in the email:
I am also wondering if you would be open to suggestions on which resource to translate next? I am asking because we have a few Chinese translations that would benefit from an update. I know that sometimes creating a new translation is easier than updating an existing one. If you really prefer to translate the user story, let me know: it would be great too.
I'm totally down for suggestions and also ok to update existing translations, and feel free to just assign the issues to me if there's already such issues open.
@heybran: Thanks for being open to recommendations: I will send you some suggestions today.
@heybran Before the new translation, I suggest updating the "W3C Accessibility Standards Overview" translation: https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/zh-hans
If that suits you, please volunteer with this custom link: Volunteer to update “W3C Accessibility Standards Overview” translation
Thanks again!
