10 months ago I have reviewed, completed and updated the https://github.com/w3c/wai-media-guide/pull/177 pull request.
Some terms were a bit tricky to translate, especially when not used in WCAG 2.1. See below.
I would love to have input from other translators to see if improvements are needed. For example, are there french equivalents commonly used in the French speaking accessibility community ? @Sylvie42 Do you have any input?
Integrated description, translated into "Description intégrée"

- "integrated description — description is included in the main speakers’ scripts"
- "If yes, provide integrated description (no separate description is needed)"
Described video, translated into "Vidéo décrite"

- "Description of visual information is called audio description, video description, or described video in different areas."
- "If your player uses a single video file that includes the audio, generate the new described video with the audio file that you just created."
People who are deaf-blind, translated into "Personnes sourdes-aveugles"

- "Some people who are Deaf-blind use a screen reader and braille to read descriptive transcripts that include the audio and visual information as text." (in User Experiences and Benefits to Organizations)
