@remibetin As mentioned in the PR, I have made some changes on the translation to reflect the updates on Able Player's Bahasa Indonesia translation---which I've updated prior and now waiting for merge approval from Able Player's owner.

Aside from that, the document is ready for review.

We have introduced a new way to manage VTT files.

Therefore, I have split your PR into two: – Resource update: https://github.com/w3c/wai-video-standards-and-benefits/pull/123 – VTT update: https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-data/pull/114

These PRs are now ready for review!

For your information, I will update documentation accordingly this week.
