How is this?

I see the CC-BY text but that is not what I added. I'm not sure if it applies given the most of the content is from the TR note. But adding/removing on a page by page basis will be a pain.

Also Hiddes template work was under another project and I'm assuming we don;t need it?

@shawna-slh shouldn't I remove the CC notice for pages generated from coga content as that will be W3C licence?

Hey @SteveALee I do have a few tweaks that I haven't gotten to you yet. I think they are not needed for WG and TF review, so I'll do those when I get back.
