[Alex] use speech input instead of tab-key

A bit of preliminary feedback on the video material links thinking it's important to get this corrected before it might be carried forward in a script. I'm putting these all in one issue because they are related.

• Remove "uses tab-key to navigate" Rationale: I'm a pretty good match for Alex, and I see that something has gotten lost in translation. It's true that someone with RSIs who is using a mix of speech and other input methods might use a keyboard shortcut rather than the mouse for something, but I think anybody with RSIs would use speech input or an alternative mouse before hitting a key repeatedly to go through links. Further thought: I'm hoping that each script is being reviewed by a person who closely matches the persona. I say this because

• The persona description for Alex reads more like a keyboard-only user than a speech input user. I think something got lost in the translation here as well. I think this needs to be rewritten to better reflect speech input users observed behavior.

A couple of thoughts about similarities and differences between keyboard only users and speech users:

• Keyboard only users and speech users both benefit from keyboard shortcuts, but for speech users the key benefit is if there's a keyboard shortcut for something you can easily write a speech macro to access it. You can also speak the keyboard shortcut.
• Keyboard only users and speech users also benefit from good focus order – for speech users this is because you need to know what the speech command is going to act on.

Your first point is already considered in issue 109 for the resource How People with Disabilities Use the Web, and will be addressed in the upcoming revision. I also opened another issue on your latter point.

As to your second point: Alex is based on a real person. It is someone who does not use speech extensively but only for dictating longer passages of text (and then edits them manually by keyboard). We will adapt this script if the persona for Alex changes in the upcoming revision of the resource How People with Disabilities Use the Web.
