In-page reference links #135

We had them on the old page in a certain style (dotted underlines).

My point of view is: We don’t really need them, the new writing style should make links to definitions less needed as we explain them first. Dotted links are also uncommon and without explanation the differentiation between a reference link that jumps to a section of a page (with a definition) and a normal link that jumps to a section on the same page (with non-definition text) is non-obvious.

I think we should not use dotted underlines but rather use normal link styling.
