Question: When have colons after field labels? Options:

• Always.
• Only when field is on same line with label.
• Never.
• Other?

Current examples:

• WCAG-EM Report Tool has labels on separate line, with no colons.
• Statement Generator has labels on separate line, with no colons.
• draft ART has both:
  • labels on same line, with colons.
  • labels on separate line, with no colons.
