Animation on w3c website #321

The w3 website is full of animation, so it can trigger migraines.

  1. Go to https://www.w3.org/WAI/ and click on search button-- animation.

  2. Go to https://www.w3.org/WAI/search/?q=css+color and page down. A non-scrolling nav button pops up, so scrolling the page can trigger migraines.

  3. And reach the end of the page, click for page 2, it animates loading.

@MarjaE2 Thank you for your input.

We removed the movement on focus/hover. We left the border. We plan to wrap the Back to Top button with prefers-reduced-motion. It looks like from your other GitHub issues that you have that configured.

"click for page 2" loads new page data. I'm not seeing that there is animation that we can control?
